For the flour measurement. Recipe calls for 2 cups of sifted cake flour. Did you sift then measure out 2 cups of flour? Then re-sift all the dry ingredients? That's what I did, and I just want to make sure my cake turns out as well as yours did.

Ann, being lazy I just measured out the 2 cups of flour, added the other dry ingredients and whisked

them by hand.
