CathyZ - Back in December '84 I had the pleasure of eating at Antony Worrall-Thompson's Menage

A Trois Restaurant in Knightsbridge an experience I will never forget and purchased his book, which he autographed, but I have never made one recipe due to intimidation. His food was spectacular and so beautifully and artistically presented that you did not want to eat it.

Here is an idea of his Mosaic of Salmon and Sole with a Nettle and Sorrel Sauce. The actual fish is "weaved" together into a square. The Sole part is actually wrapped in Spinach before it is weaved. Do you get the picture....

Hi Sandy,

It's been hectic, and my kitchen is still not finished, so still at my mom's and can't cook in here, so it's frustrating to come in here, but once in a while I have to give in!
