Orchid, I'm not a big garlic fan, so I use the ginger/honey on spinach.

So far I've used the ginger (the first that they bottled), then Ihe honey/ginger, then the orange/honey/ginger. I haven't tried the creamier versions.

Be sure to shake well or you'll just dump out all of the ginger in the neck of the bottle.
