Went to the Army-Navy surplus store today, to find camouflage netting...

it's kind of smelly, but we'll spread it out in the yard, and let the sun and rain make it better. I think it will look terrific on the tables, when it is smoothed down and cleaned. I found red table clothes to put under it. Way to go!

Surfing the web I found a family of marines website - scroll down to the first picture of this cool 'marine' standing guard in the yard. If your hubby is familiar with a scroll saw and you can get some paints, this should be easy to put together - how cute to have it guarding the front door!

Got him in my husband's rank. Thanks so much for the heads up.

Didn't see anything else at the Army Navy store, but I'm on my way to the recruiting station for posters, and to the toy store for soldiers and boats.
