would you post the revised recipe? I believe you now add the fennel too and do smaller baguettes?

 
I haven't added the fennel myself, but I do make three loaves out of the recipe instead of 2

That makes the slices a little smaller for the cheese platter. I like to have it in the freezer for my "no brainer" appetizer of a loaf of this bread and a log of goat cheese. Here is the link to T&T. I now use my electric mixer rather than the food processor method described, but either method works. By hand works as well.

I'm concerned because this contains half white flour and may not work for Amanda's dad. I don't think it can be made without the white flour since the figs already make it a bit heavy.
