L lisainla Well-known member Jun 22, 2006 #22 I will second this - I love Tonkatsu over a pork or chicken cutlet - so wonderful! I like to bread the cutlets with panko after pounding them thin, and fry quickly. I haven't made this in a while because it's kind of messy, but good!
