these are for the Farmer's Market. I am preparing "Dinner For Two" meals in tupperware. Last week I made Sandra's Pork Verde, Mexican Rice and refried beans. This week, I am doing the creamy chicken enchiladas. This is what I am bringing on Saturday. I am starting today instead of doing it all tomorrow.

Love the Dinner for Two idea, it sounds as though you're finding your niche at the market. Please

report on the enchiladas with the Poblano cream sauce. That sseems like a good idea to me.
