It's Garlic Festival Weekend! What's your favorite recipe using garlic?

Deb, is there a brand or type of white wine you prefer to use with this?

I love drinking wine, but I don't have so much confidence in choosing them for cooking, especially when reduction is involved.

 
I made these tonight and they are a hit. Family loves them. Very tasty saut

I used 1 pound of fresh beans (the skinny ones from Costco) and kept the sauce the same. I agree with you, Maria, that the sauce should be increased. With only 1 pound of green beans, there was just enough sauce.
