Caprese Salad on a Stick

30 CHERRY TOMATOES

15 SMALL BOCCONCINI

15 BASIL LEAVES

15 BAMBOO SKEWERS

1/3 cup OLIVE OIL

3 Tbsp BALSAMIC VINEGAR

1 tsp KOSHER SALT

½ tsp PEPPER

Skewer in this order: tomato, basil leaf, bocconcini, tomato. Once you have made all 15 skewers arrange them on your serving plate.

Combine all of the dressing ingredients and drizzle over the skewers. You will have left over dressing.

steve, are you using mozzarella? She shows it in the pics, but left it out of the recipe.

 
The Hyperion Theatre at Disney's California Adventure.

2,000 seat theatre where we're doing "Aladdin, A Musical Spectacular", 4 times a day, 5 days a week.

It's a quite remarkable and technically sophisticated production. Closes on Monday for a 3 month technical reconfiguration.
