I've been enjoying this website for nutritional data: Fooducate

I "thought" I found a good crunchy snack when I discovered Ground Up "Cauliflower Pretzels" at Whole Foods. They definitely satisfied my need for crunch plus each serving has 3 grams of fiber, something my body needs a LOT of these days.

But when I checked Fooducate, it only rated a C+ score, as it had almost no significant nutritional value.

Re the site, I like how the data is broken down and additional links are provided with more detail. Also, off to the right, they provide "similar" foods with ratings and, as it turns out, another snack I used to enjoy (CrunchMaster) has a B+ rating. So I'll be buying that instead.

Full disclosure: I stopped eating CrunchMaster after I...

(pause here for clarification: I first typed the word "ate" then changed it to "munched" then decided the whole truth was necessary)

...PLOWED through an entire bag of their cheese crackers in ONE setting. The result: I literally scraped the flesh raw on the roof of my mouth.

Not a moment I'm proud of.
