It's one of my favorite "company" recipes. Always gets rave reviews.

 
I have mentioned this previously...This really is restaurant quality...Wonderful dish!

I will always think of her when she mentioned that the peppers should be cut really small....We have made it numerous times. And now will have even more significance....

 
I still feel gut smacked. This does sum her up. She was so caring, funny

and loving. She had the best "sense" when things just weren't right and a PM would show up with common sense, support and hugs. She was so active here in her last days. She had to know how many friends she had around her. Why wouldn't she reach out? I know, we are all wondering that but, why Randi...why? My heart and my stomach hurt.
