I got started on tea parties when a very dear friend died and left me her collection of cups/saucers

Before she died, she told me I was to USE them -- that if they sat on a shelf and collected dust, she would come back to haunt me. Now everytime I have a tea party, I can just see her sitting next to me smiling.

I just do them for friends and everyone goes home with a big doggie bag.

This salmon rillettes is great for finger sandwiches, if you don't think it is too much salmon

in one day. I serve these often and they're always a hit. Butter the bread lightly, spread the salmon mixture while still soft, refrigerate until firm then cut in triangles.
