Just bought a lot of feta, & need some of your favorite recipes. Basically open to anything, except

I add feta to regular quiches. It tastes especially good in summer because it is salty smileys/smile.gif

 
I recall a rec posted on Gails that described wrapping in foil a slice of feta, olive oil, hot chili

peppers, and I think basil and sundried tomatoes. put in oven until warm. I made it and completely enjoyed it. I cooked it on the barbeque. Unfortunately, can't find the rec; but im sure you get the technique / idea.
