Today is my DH's birthday, and it is Passover, so I was looking for something yummy that I could make with no flour. This fit the bill perfectly.
I made it in an 8 inch springform pan, I wrapped the bottom in foil,(in case it leaked)and set it in a Pyrex with an inch and a half of water. I let it cool before I took the sides off and then refrigerated it. It was beautiful and delicious!
