Just made the feta salsa ,talked about above, to take to a dinner tonight.

I think I made this accidentally the other day when

my car went around the corner too fast and my take-out container from the Mediterranean bar fell out of the bag and onto the floor of the car. Not kidding!

It was great, and it had everything in there but the dill. In fact, I had it for lunch the next day in a warm pita.
