Not sure what the response is. Seems there are some takers out there. To answer your question...

Misplaced...not I. I'd be afraid I would get a box of lemons or else ruin it myself.

For frozen meat, it sure would not be worth it to me.

But I'm not a big steak fan. (And oddly, not the chocolate hound that so many people here seem to be either.)

Seems a strange person who would suggest that his building is the major tourist attraction. What a character. What a hairdo!

 
Late to the thread, but I've decided that I prefer fresh to frozen in beef. It really does

affect the texture, IMO.
