FYI, the Lamb Ragu is fabulous

I've made it twice this winter and it's a real winner! Both times I didn't have fennel or cumin in the house but I'm sure they would be great additions. Originally I didn't think I'd like it with the mint but it really does freshen the dish and works well. The ragu is delicious with ricotta but I've also made it with no ricotta, just a liberal addition of fresh parmesan. Very good.
