My ballot didn't arrive. I called & was able to download it online.
After I printed it & completed the ballot, I could fax it or mail it in. I don't have a fax at the house so I chose to mail it in. The downloaded ballot had a page to cut out as a special label for your enveloped marked something like, "Rush. Voter ballot." The whole process was effortless.
Best part? You could log online and verify they got your ballot.
