Looking for new ideas for a spectacular Thanksgiving sidedish...

I had a pina colada at a local Venezuelan restaurant

And it was off the chart amazing. I watched them make it and they put in:

Bacardi Coconut, Bacardi Pineapple, Bacardi Black, pineapple juice, frozen fresh pineapple chunks, coconut cream, & lime juice.

It was the consistency of a very thick milkshake. I could have used a spoon and had it for dessert.

I have gathered all the ingredients and am going to make some for after dinner.
