I cannot stand fat-free foods that should naturally contain fat, like cheese....HOWEVER,...
fat free half 'n half works just fine for things like my seafood pasta where I want a creamy base but am doing a Weight Watcher's thing or just trying to cut down on fats in general. It's light, creamy, and with no weird flavor that you'd taste over the other ingredients. I keep it on hand along with lite (not fat free) sour cream. That's decent too.
