Here's one I've made. I used the frozen from Sam's club. Be sure to buy ravioli's that have a

recipe on the package for baking without boiling. The last bag I got at Costco didn't have a recipe for using when not cooked in water and they turned out gummy when baked.

I've done this too when I needed to bring a dish to a sick friend..

they loved it! I layered it with fresh mozzarella.

Oh, how funny! That is one of my favorite salads. A friend gave it to

me probably 15 or so years ago. And I put the dressing on just before serving so the roman stays crunchy. Great recipe...thanks Traca.

This is a great salad to make a big batch early in the week & feed off of for days.

I often take a rotisserie chicken, tear it into shreds and incorporate that.
