I thought the crust was delicious. I did, however, use part vodka and part water in making it.

AH, the CI method. That one is TOO tender and falls apart, but so yummy smileys/smile.gif

I'm sure it's just that I didn't incorporate the butter well enough. It was very cold and hard and I don't have a food processor so pastry is done by cutting in.
