I have yet another box of recipes from the winter home. I think I looked there but my eyes are so bad, I missed it.
1/2 c. pb (sugar and salt free)
1/2 c. peanut oil or light oil
1/2 c. white wine vinegar
1/4 c. tamari or soy sauce
1 whole dried chili pepper or 2 t. pepperoncini
8 cilantro sprigs
2 t. fresh ginger
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 garlic cloves
All goes into the blender to make a smooth paste. Marinate chicken overnight.
If making for wraps, save extra suace before marinating to spread on wraps.
And btw, I do remember always using only sugar-free pb. I thought it used lime juice and suspect that it might be even better. In the city I bbq'd them. At the other home with no q, I did them on an open electric grill.
Oh geez, this still isn't the one. There is no yogurt. Back to stressing again. I know the other is somewhere. This one is good, just not as good.
