(pork vindaloo, channa rice & roti were on the menu) one of the attendees, who is a writer & part of a writer's group, asked if i'd be interested in doing a private group class in one of their homes with east indian cooking as a theme. as i was containing the near outburst of glee inside, i managed a calm 'absolutely!' smileys/smile.gif

is called Epicure Selections (www.epicureselections.com). it's accessible to anyone in canada for sure. anyone outside canada, i'd probably have to have the items shipped to me, then shipped to wherever.
