Need advice from some of you who cater...

whoa Cathy, I can't imagine watching your beautiful table come down in front of you.

annnd, you kept your cool and fixed it! both of them sound awesome. smileys/smile.gif

LOL at least "they" didn't know you lost it too. I hope you had a couple of dear

friends there to hold the bag for you to breath into while the other poured you a stiff one!

anyway, you pulled it all back from the brink of disaster. I think you should have had a standing ovation!

PS, if you can, please refrain from mention strewing a table with orchids and then going

out to the garden to cut more. I'm in a 12-step program for orchid addiction and it's very enabling..... "-)))

For the "chip" crowd: the Cowboy Caviar in T&T is colorful and a bit more elegant than plain salsa w

chips. Or Dawn's black bean salad served with chips. Maybe he doesn't want chips served, but with these bean dishes, it would be colorful and I bet quite popular.

and this is coming from someone who calls themselves "Orchid" "-))) no calories but can

get expensive, as you know. I realized I had become powerless before orchids and could no longer afford my addiction. I was forced to turn it over to a higher power, which I shall call "Visa". Visa said, I didn't have enough cash but it could purchase for me....... it only gets worse from there.... LOL

they are beautiful things and some of mine stay in bloom for 6 mos. I rationalize it by saying a bouquet of flowers only lasts a week or more. I have 6 in bloom at the moment and the melatonia is sooo fragrant! I'm a lost cause.... smileys/smile.gif

Yes, probably...there's so many it's hard to know which one. If there is

such a thing as reincarnation....I want to be an orchid.
