I'll take a look for that brand. I agree with the sideways move but also prefer to add herbs

over more salt. Thanks for the tip.

For soups, I always hang onto the rinds of parmesan to throw into soups. I'm sure with you on what parmesan can do for soups.

 
Don't get me wrong- I use a lot of herbs

It is just that adding more and more and more at the end does not always give the result one wants- depth does.
