No one likes to be waited on for weeks on end. Take them to a huge American supermarket and set them loose.

speaking of which.... does anyone know how to duplicate the meatball sauce from Ikea??

I've never had it (I'm married to a half-Swede who abhors Ikea "food") but it looks like a cream

sauce, so it could be like this one, with less or even no jelly.

Incidentally, this meatball recipe is a winner every time, with Swedes too. We'll be having them for Christmas dinner. (The meatballs, not the Swedes.)
