Here's another - Easy and Good Cream Cheese Frosting

2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup softened butter
4 Tbsp softened cream cheese

Put 1 cup of powdered sugar in the bowl. Add the butter and vanilla. Mix, and when it is all incorporated, add the cream cheese.

When that is all mixed, add the last bit of sugar a bit at a time until you reach the consistency you want. If you want it thick, add the whole cup of powdered sugar.

Could you just use a regular white wine instead? And does it have to be sparkly?

I have only made it with champagne. I think it added a lil lightness to the cake; I don't think it

would be achieved with the wine.

maybe use 7up or club soda for the bubbles? cut back on the sugar a bit if using 7up

and just an FYI---the Barefoot Bubbly is pretty good for a cheap bubbly.
