NFR, and shamelessly self-serving: My Community Garden has entered a video in a grant contest

The contest is only 3 days old and you're going soft on me??!!! I suspect

that whoever the contact people are for those particular gardens just haven't gotten the memo yet. In the meantime Ocean View Farms in Los Angeles (to the right of us on the index page) went from almost nothing to 195 overnight. What if they had been tugging at your heartstrings yesterday? How would you feel now?

So I'm afraid I simply cannot allow you to toss a few votes to the underdogs just yet. Sorry.

now don't get your garden gloves all knotted up----I was just feeling a little soft today. didn't

give in though.

Houston, we have a PROBLEM! Us..262 L.A....206. Youza! Joe, please

start a new thread repeating your original for anyone who may not check in regularly and because this one is totally messed up and doesn't even make any sense anymore. It will give us a place to check in.

Terracing! I love it. I will start another thread if no one objects. Hopefully,

I won't keep all of you from cooking until August 1.

Orchid, LA is gaining on us but don't worry, they're within driving distance and I will do what I have to do. LOL, seriously, we only have to end up in the top five, and we're still #1

Thanks everyone!!! Even though I have a large email distribution list for the garden, that 54 point lead is directly attributable to you here at Eat.at.

Where the heck are they? Never heard of them! Only the world famous original Venice garden.

How good are your people at intimidation?
