I just emailed them, but I don't count on anything changing. I read on several sites that
most people hate the "upgrade" and many have cancelled their accounts. However, no one so far has said anything about the same problem I've been having.

Usually I give up trying to open up attachments. Just opening up an e-mail takes two trys. First time I always get an error message and have to click on it again. Deleting takes forever. In a word it sucks.
