Very tough situation. There is one thing you should do and that is to

find out why you stayed in an abusive situation. Most women say out of fear, because they had no money and nowhere else to go. However, once in an abusive situation, it is easy to get into another, and this is something you absolutely do not want to happen to you. Do you have the means to seek consultation with a good counselor?. Sometimes, a women's shelter is a good way to seek help and get you on the right track.

Is your boyfriend incarcerated for a long time? If not, you need to be especially fearful that he will come back and hurt you
That is why I suggested a Woman's Shelter, they can house you and children(if you have them) and get you in touch with people who can help you.
Above all, do not let that guy back into your life, don't talk to him, not even a hello on the phone. Stay away.

I have the proctection though this is his house

and will have to move. Served me Terminate papers have very little money as I haven't been able to work for a few years. I am seeing 3 doctors and taking all that they are giving me, they just need to start working and yes all this stress is not good going back and forth to court each week. Thank you all for the thoughts and prayers, family live in California and Florida. Just one day he flipped out and having to pack up 6 years by myself.
