NFRC: Do any of you folks grow lima beans? Took forever for the pods to form,

probably a week ago, and I'm STILL waiting for the beans to fill the pods. Will I still have beans or is something wrong with my plants? Can't believe it's taking so long. The yellow and green beans are on their second crop.

 
I grow Lima beans and also find it takes ages for them to develope....

when the pods are there it seems forever for them to get fat. I leave them and leave them and then suddenly they are going brown. However it doesn't matter as no matter what stage they are, fresh is just so delicious even if they are not green.

 
I'm growing them and they haven't born yet. Just little pods. Last year they seemed to go faster,

but they were a larger variety. Either way, they're much slower than green beans.
