Joe, reminds me of a story many years ago, when we picked up my DH grandfather from the airport
It was his first trip back to "the old country" since he left in the '50s. We went to pick him up, he was in his 80's and having a lengthy heated discussion with customs. At that time, they let us through to help him...(I think they were concerned about his heart!) He was so upset that a customs officer was taking all of his hungarian sausage, paprika, etc... We calmed down Nagypapa and explained why he could not enter the USA with this..etc..
As we were leaving, the customs officer said in perfect hungarian...."Thank You"
Now THAT was hard to explain to Nagypapa!!!
