I don't know if y'all remember me, but I was a Swapizen from wayyyy back... I found y'all recently since I had a hankering to make Anne in Boston's Beef Burgundy Stew... and a Google search led me here.

It's fun to see so many familiar faces here....and what an awesome treat that so many of those great recipes have been archived here.

Cathy Z's chicken recipe is still my go-to recipe for Thanksgiving dinner...and MariaDNoCA's snickerdoodle cake still has me drooling (she made it for a swap get together at my house a decade or so ago...). And I still use many, many recipes from those old Gail days...

Dawn, try adding a heaping Tblspn of sour cream to your skim milk

I do this since I rarely have whole milk on hand
