Since it's a cash sale we will be closing in 6 weeks. Guess what we are doing this weekend?

I wish! Got a new job in Naples, 2 hours south of where we are now.

We did not expect the house to sell in three weeks.

 
Thanks, and Trader Joes just opened last Friday here in Sarasota.

However, the first to open in FL was in Naples.

This is a cash sale. It's getting a mortgage that takes all the time to close. They actually wanted

to close on October 12th...4 weeks! The first offer was a wee bit higher but they were going for 95% financing so we went for the cash sale.

 
That is really sweet, Sandy! Thanks. But, if there is one thing I've found out with 7 moves in

30 years is that I don't pack! I love to unpack and put away in a new place...just like Christmas. "Ooh, what's in this box?" BTW packers do not label well.

The moving company brings in their packing team the day before the move and ask you to kindly stay out of their way. Always, always make a run to Burger King or Wendys and buy the packers lunch. They take much better care with your stuff!

Congrats! I recall you mentioning the long commute, this will be MUCH better on your

personal life and sanity! Did you find a home? Will be fun to figure out your "last meal" in your current and your "first meal" in your new one!
