I did say that I would be a willing participant in future studies.

Clinical research is something I worked at for the past 15 years, so I know the importance of having a broad range of subjects.

I've also been in a nurses study for the past 45 years that has produced some useful results.

Intrigued? 89% so I guess my brain is still working. Actually, it's using memory devices

For example: dress/boat. I pictured a boat with a white dress as the sail. Apple/eat = eat the apple. Can you tell I was an English teacher with a preference for written words?

"Intrigued"....this reminds me of H. L. Mencken's reply to comments:

"Dear Sir (or Madame), You may be right.
Sincerely yours, HL Mencken"

It was applicable as a response to any comment, good or bad. Really! Try it out:

"Dear Mr. Menchen. I love your writing. You are a genius."

"Dear Sir, You may be right.
Sincerely yours, HL Mencken"

"Menchen. You're an idiot."

"Dear Sir, You may be right.

Growing up we couldn't afford a basketball so my older brother used me until I was 2 years old.
