NLB's Bleu Cheese Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
2 T finely chopped onion
1 t finely minced garlic
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1/2 cup sour cream
1 T lemon juice
1 T white vinegar
1/4 cup crumbled bleu cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together well. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. Good on mixed greens.
