I can see that. I'm just surprised because it would never occur to me that

any frosting would have flour in it.

I just went to dinner last night with my friend that writes the Gluten Free Girl blog and ordering was really interesting. And we even went to a restaurant where she worked with the chef to make sure he was aware of gluten free risks. He wasn't there and we ended up drilling the server on how things are made and with what. She was very knowlegeable. But I had no idea, for instance, that soy sauce can have gluten in it. Tamari doesn't but the chef was out of tamari.

I'm still amazed at all the places gluten can sneek in...and since she's acutely sensitive, it's made me more aware.
