I agree. If I wasn't still in cookie-burnout mode, these would be the one I make. I wish they would have listed the gel brand.The "pour over" icing on the one cookie is brilliant!

I’ve had good luck using Americolor gel brand. It’s what they carry in the 2 local baking supplies store I go to, and the one in San Francisco.I agree. If I wasn't still in cookie-burnout mode, these would be the one I make. I wish they would have listed the gel brand.
