Oh, for the love of Yosemite Sam, how do you keep fried chicken from sticking to the pan???

Mistral, this technique works for BBQ grilling as well. Even when the grate is oiled,..

...it is a good idea to break the pieces "free" when adding more meat to the grill.

what about just barely frying it, till light brown, then finishing it in the oven? this usually

works quite well. place chicken pieces on a rack and finish in the oven---I know there must be several "oven fried chicken" recipes here.
