Ok all, I heard from the bride and it will be a small buffet of appetizers... so now I will look

back at what you all so generously posted and can send her some good ideas.

Pat - would we have the same problem with crostini as with bruschetta? How far in advance can you do

them? We need to have them completely done at least 1 full day before the wedding... more if possible.

It is $3.50 per person for an appetizer... and if you give them your own recipe, then plus $$
