I like that you have left Sunday for "chef's choice." It will give you a chance to do seasonal

things and also try out new items.

 
almost any fruit/berry would be good when they come in season. I threw some blueberries

into a mixed salad, nothing fancy, but my guests thought the blueberries were tres chic.
