I tried to invite Karen but she said she already had her chicken defrosted LOL. Thanks for

the recipe, Dawn. Do you think if the dish was frozen before putting in the oven for 30 min. would keep it from being mushy? Im going to try it. Wish we had a T&T for freezer meals. Thanks again.

 
Yes, it was probably overdone, and I'd also add the pesto before putting it

in the oven too. All I could taste was pesto, even though it was not like this the first time I cooked it. Yes, a "make-ahead and freeze" forum would be handy.

 
Ha, our market happens to be primarily Asian---New Sagaya. also nice produce and hard to find items
