I just saw somewhere where a guy did chicken under a brick on the grill using a salt block on top,

isn't that rather genius?!

 
Wonder how he did that. The salt block is so fragile, takes 45 minutes to heat it up to be cooked on

and then the best you can get to is medium. And that sucker is EXPENSIVE! I was gifted with one. Cooked on it once, stored it in case there's ever a salt shortage or we get a cow and need a salt lick. Whichever comes first, you know?
