Actually, I made it yesterday and it was gone, I was feeding a crew.  So I made another one today, but I didn't have any sour cream, so I subbed non-fat cottage cheese, and added an extra tablespoon of white vinegar.  It turned out even better than the one yesterday.  I don't know why, but it rose higher and the texture was great.  I think I am getting the hang of what the dough should look/feel like.  I let the breadmaker do the dough for me, then shaped it and baked it in the oven.  Go figure, I just asked my husband how he liked the bread, and he said it was good, but not as good as yesterday's!
