When I make bread, there is no recipe...
I learned the old fashioned way. Bowl of foaming yeast, make a sponge, add sugar, feed it, then start adding what you want: eggs, butter, cream, mashed potatoes, etc. Then you add enough flour to make the dough. It's a touch. No recipe will ever duplicate it.
