Project: Calling all Cupcakes! How many recipes can we list?

Made these last night - tart and yummy; will ice tonight

Not sure why but these didn't rise too well for me so next time I will not fill so much. I wanted them to slightly puff over the tops but that was not to be, they ran over a bit and sunk a little in the centers. They taste great though.

I will ice them tonight.
