Pulled pork question

I invested in pork shoulder and about to make Gretchens pulled pork. Should I remove the skin, or leave it on? TIA

 
If it has the heavy layer of pork rind, remove it.

Leave all the fat.
It is a fresh pork shoulder, isn't it.
