You all have great ideas. Definitely a magazine subscription (RR probably) and a digital thermometer, mini whisk... The bowl isn't too big (and neither is my wallet) so I can't get too crazy.

And I'm thinking of printing this out and giving it to Santa (appropriately hightlighted, of course) for stocking stuffer ideas smileys/smile.gif

I've got a spoonula that I never use. It's too stiff to get around curves. I'll just

pop this in the mail...no need to barter it. It's used and could use a vacation in a cooler part of the country.

Wooden reamers were mentioned just above but I like those WS presses

that push the citrus inside out, squeezing all the juice out and keeping the seeds in. There's a small green one for limes, a medium yellow one for lemons, a big orange one for ... um, I forget. smileys/smile.gif I use them all the time.

And I'd add a GOOD swivel peeler, like the OXO one.

mine does dishes and can build an Apple computer from the ground up!
