NFRC - Ebay's feedback system and Buyer Protection have changed quite dramatically
over the past 3 years - a beefier Buyer Protection process, revamped feedback system where sellers are only allowed to leave positively rated and worded feedback for buyers makes it much more buyer-friendly. (Feedback as a buyer never really meant much anyway, but the intimidation factor was enough to cause problems.)
Additionally, if you use Paypal as your payment method, funded by a credit card, you basically have 3 avenues of recourse in getting a refund should something go awry.
Unfortunately, all of these new policies opened a flood gate of scammers on the buyers side, so much so that there are significantly less sellers of used items such as the ones cheezz is seeking.
